    This day is the gentle beginning you’ve been searching for. You’ll finally make sense of what’s going on in your mind and what you need to put down to move forward. We’ll help you untangle grief from trauma, numbness from overload, and start building a new mental roadmap.

    Creating your Mental Health Personal Vision

    Learning to Feel to Heal (instead of avoiding or numbing out)

    What pain is actually trying to tell you (Love or Fear)

    This is where we will go deeper into what you’ve been carrying for so long. And yes, it sounds scary — but we’re here to hold you through it.

    Over these two days, you will help your body and brain release what they’ve been holding and take the first steps to creating a new vision for your physical and emotional health.

    The Mentally STRONG Intensive is Dr. B’s life work — born out of deep personal pain and decades of professional wisdom. It’s a transformational 3-day experience grounded in the Mentally STRONG Method, which helps you organize your thoughts, understand emotional triggers, and make choices aligned with who you truly are. It combines psychoeducation, emotional release, and spiritual clarity to help you reset your life. Some describe it as part retreat, part deep reset — a turning point in their journey.

    Participants walk away with a clearer understanding of themselves, tools to align with their purpose, and the confidence to say, 'I am Mentally STRONG.' They learn how to release what no longer serves them and step into a version of themselves that feels stronger, clearer, and more intentional.

    This Intensive is for women who are the strong ones — often helping others while quietly struggling inside. You don’t need a mental health diagnosis to attend. This isn’t therapy — it’s transformation. If you’re ready to shift from surviving to living with intention, you belong here.

    Yes, it’s structured and intentional. Daily sessions run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., lunch included. Day 1 focuses on how you think, organize, and choose. Day 2 is about releasing trauma and emotional clutter. Day 3 is about stepping into your vision for your physical, mental, and spiritual health.

    No, this isn’t group therapy. You’ll have opportunities to connect with others, but you’ll never be asked to share anything you’re uncomfortable with. The focus is on personal growth, not rehashing trauma. Sharing insights is welcomed, but not required.

    The Intensive is not religious, but it acknowledges our spiritual nature. About 30% of the experience invites you to reflect on your beliefs. There’s no doctrine — just space to consider how your spiritual health supports your mental well-being.

    Yes, we offer customized payment plans. We’ve also partnered with nonprofits in the past to help sponsor participants. If you’re connected to a nonprofit, we’re open to collaborating with them on a discounted rate.

    This space is filled with strong, capable women who are ready to go deeper. They often help others and appear successful — but want more peace, purpose, and personal clarity. If that resonates with you, you’ll feel right at home.

    This is an Intensive — not therapy or a retreat. You’ll learn how to support yourself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. You’ll engage in practices like Reiki and sound therapy, but they’re tools for growth, not relaxation. This is deep, focused, transformational work.

    Once you register, we’ll send you two books: Pain and Purpose and Discover the Mentally STRONG Method. Begin working through them before the event. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a light jacket, and any snacks you prefer. Coffee, tea, water, and lunch will be provided daily.
