Mentally STRONG is a privately-owned company located in Colorado Springs, that has a refreshing, new approach to helping individuals and organizations improve their mental well-being. We developed the Mentally STRONG Method, which we use in our mental health center, Intensives, training, online courses, and publications. We also provide courses that specifically address how to handle stress, anxiety, depression, grief and Raising Mentally STRONG Kids. Mentally STRONG is a woman and veteran-owned small business.
Our approach to treatment is unique because it takes the mystery out of mental & behavioral health treatment. It gives people wisdom, tools, and support to actively participate in their own mental well-being. Contact Mentally STRONG at our mental health center for access to outpatient mental health services, medication management and specialty services. As part of our comprehensive mental health services, we also partner with outside local and community mental health resources to provide complete mental and behavioral health treatment that is specific to each patient’s individual needs.
