In this module you’ll be introduced to Dr. B and listen to a brief overview of her story. She will explain the course outline, materials and assignments. In this module you will get a brief overview of all 10 categories in the Identify & Organize and Power of Choice Elements. Dr. B will focus on the importance of the step of organizing your thoughts in this process.

Dr. B will teach the category of Addiction. Addiction is extremely complex, this category can be used to discuss any addiction and does not need to be a drug.
