Mentally STRONG proudly serves communities from three locations: Colorado Springs, Parker, CO, and Mesa, AZ. Each center provides compassionate, comprehensive mental health care with a focus on personalized support and the Mentally STRONG Method. No matter which location you visit, you’ll find a welcoming place where your mental well-being comes first.
We also offer the chance for professionals to open their own Mentally STRONG Center. This helps us reach more communities and provide the support people need in more places.

Mentally STRONG Headquarters
Founded by Dr. Cristi Bundukamara, the Mentally STRONG headquarters is the original location. The model is licensed to other independent Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners and each location is individually owned an managed. The Colorado Springs location is readily available to treat youth and adults for a variety of mental health concerns. A complete list of our services can be found here.
The Mentally STRONG Center provides same day walk-in appointments for urgent appointments as well as scheduled appointments for counseling, medication management, ketamine treatments, and more.

Sharon Sawyer, with over 30 years of healthcare experience, leads the Mesa clinic. As both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, Sharon ensures your mind and body are cared for. The Mesa clinic provides a caring space for your overall well-being and growth.
