Grief and Your Belief System

Are you experiencing enormous grief? Specifically, the grief of losing a child? This may be the most intense grief a person can experience, but regardless of your grief, we have to address what are our internal beliefs. And that belief might be a resource to help us overcome and survive this grief.

When you are experiencing grief, at some point, you have to address what you believe happens when somebody dies.

When you are grieving, you will feel all sorts of emotions that can make you question everything you once believed.

Spiritual Conflict

There are many things in this world that we don’t understand. We tend to question why this is happening. Why me?

Our understanding as a person is limited, there are a lot of things that have no explanation at all. We just have to accept the fact that these things happen with a purpose. And in everything that we are experiencing, let us find purpose in this grief.

There are times when you do have to wrestle with those eternal beliefs. We can show the world that we can be Mentally STRONG even in the midst of the worst things that happen to us. There is so much that we do not know about eternity, but there will always be joy and happiness in this world. Time and space are only in this world, and understanding can somewhat give us peace. We have to be Mentally STRONG.

Find your genuine relationship. Having your mental strength has a spiritual component, a true relational spiritual component. I know you can do it. You are Mentally STRONG!
